2. Service Fee: $18 per student per month
a) This fee is charged monthly per Dadi-Coach and calculated on a 12-month basis each year, with no breaks for summer or winter holidays.

If a partner Dadi-Coach has 40 students using the APP in January 2026 and adds 5 new APP accounts during that month, the fee calculated on February 5, 2026 payable to the Dadi Center will be: $18 × 40 = $720
d) If a Dadi-Coach fails to make payment on time, Dadi will suspend the use of the Dadi-Coach's teacher accounts.
