User/Service Agreement






1.General Provisions

1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to customers (hereinafter referred to as "you") who place orders with the Dadi Company (hereinafter referred to as "we"or”us”)through the member center of the website www.dadicoach.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Coach online platform) .

1.2 By placing an order through the Coach online platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Please ensure that you have read and understood the entire contents of the Terms before placing an order.

1.3  Currently, orders are only available for individuals who are 18 years old or above and not under guardianship, or individuals who are 16 years old and have obtained parental consent (we reserve the right to request written consent). Orders are only available for individuals residing in mainland China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

1.4 The availability of products and services on the coach online platform at a particular time does not indicate or warrant that such products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or service at any time.

1.5 We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The terms and conditions applicable to your order are those displayed on the Coach online platform at the time of your order.

1.6 We aim to provide you with the best online experience. To achieve this goal, we need to ensure accurate and smooth service.

You understand and agree not to engage in the following behaviors:

 (1) posting, transmitting, distributing, uploading, or promoting any content that may harm or have a negative impact on our business, products, or services.

 (2) restricting, disrupting, interfering with, or preventing other users from using or experiencing the Coach online platform in any way or causing any security impact on the Coach online platform.

 (3) using any device or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, proxy, script, or other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, spider software, robots, crawler software, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Coach online platform or to copy content from the Coach online platform. For users who violate this provision or any other provisions in these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to immediately prohibit their access to the Coach online platform and close their account.


2.Prices and Shipping costs

2.1 The prices displayed on the Coach online platform include the applicable value-added tax (VAT), but do not include shipping fees (which are generally not required). If there is a change in the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order after you have placed the order, we reserve the right to reflect such changes in the product prices without prior notice to you.

2.2 The strikethrough price is the brand's suggested retail price or the previously displayed sales price of the product, but it is not the original price. The online and offline community stores or offline educational institutions (training centers, kindergartens, schools, etc.) may have different selling prices.

2.3The costs associated with each delivery method will be clearly stated on the checkout page. If we are unable to activate your order for service all at once and must do so in multiple installments, there will be no additional charges incurred.


3.Order/Contract

3.1 You can choose to place an order through the Coach online platform. If you need further information, please visit our customer service page.

3.2 If you have provided us with your email address, we will send an order confirmation email to the address you provided after your order is successfully placed. For any reason, if we are unable to fulfill you, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have received the corresponding payment for the order, we will refund it using the same payment method you used. If alternative arrangements need to be made for any reason, our customer service will contact you to resolve the refund settlement.


4. Delivery

4.1 We will exercise due diligence to the maximum extent possible when accepting and processing your order, and make every effort to provide you with the ordered goods/services in accordance with your chosen method.

4.2 We will prioritize orders based on the order in which they were placed and make every effort to provide the service as quickly as possible. Our goal is to provide order services within 2-7 working days after order confirmation. However, there may still be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If the activation time is expected to exceed 10 days due to unforeseen events, you have the option to cancel the order.

4.3 Before placing your order, you will be informed of the specific information regarding the estimated activation of the service. After a successful order placement, if you provide us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation containing the specific information regarding the estimated activation.

4.4 If your order is not activated as scheduled, please contact our Coach customer service.


5.Order Cancellation

5.1 Before the order is generated and the service is activated for you, you can unsubscribe/cancel the order, and there will be no additional charges or deductions for your unsubscribed/cancel.

5.2We will refund you as soon as possible using the payment method you used (or if the goods have not been paid for, the refunded order will be reflected in your account balance). With your consent, we may use alternative refund methods. In either case, no additional charges will be incurred.

5.3 If your order service has already been activated, returns and order cancellations are not supported.


6. Return

6.1 We promise to refund cancelled orders in accordance with Article 5 (Order Cancellation), provided that the ordered service item was purchased on the Coach online platform and has not been activated. This means that once the service is activated, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not allowed.

6.2 There are currently no shipping issues with orders placed on the Coach online platform, which means no shipping fees are incurred.


7. Payment Method

7.1 You can make payment through the following methods: international credit card or local wallet.

7.2 When checking out, you will be prompted to select a payment method and enter payment information. After confirming that the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account (or we have received the payment), we will proceed to activate the purchased goods/services. If the ordered goods/services are out of stock, we will refund the corresponding amount. We reserve the right to verify the account and/or card, address information, and other order details, and may refuse to accept the order based on the verification results.

7.3 Please note that the Coach online platform does not accept cash and checks.

7.4 We reserve the right to take measures to prevent any abuse of vouchers, discounts, or similar promotions without prior notice. Any vouchers given to you are non-transferable and can only be used once on the Coach online platform. If the price of the purchased goods/services is lower than the value of the voucher, the remaining amount will be written off. 

7.5 You will receive a legally issued receipt (purchase voucher) in the confirmation email upon activation.

7.6 Your invoice will be provided to you upon request. If you need an invoice, please fill in the required information in the online form provided here.

7.7 After receiving your request and once the return period has expired, and provided that you have not returned the item, we will send the invoice to you by mail or provide you with an electronic invoice. If you have any questions regarding the invoice issued to you, please contact Coach customer service.


8. Rating and Review

8.1 By submitting customer ratings and reviews for any of our products/services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your written review, including any associated copyrights, for marketing and/or advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, using it on our online platforms, informational materials, product catalogs, emails, official social media channels (including but not limited to Weibo, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu), offline school materials, and other customer communication channels.

8.2 You further authorize us to review your review before publishing it. We only publish reviews that contain information relevant to the product and must be written in Chinese. You understand and agree that you shall not post any illegal, non-compliant, infringing, false, uncivilized, inappropriate, indecent, or personally identifiable information, links, advertisements, or other content unrelated to the product. For customer reviews that violate the above rules, we reserve the right to not publish or delete them at any time.

8.3 You hereby waive any obligation for us to compensate you for the use of your review and associated copyrights for the aforementioned purposes. You hereby release and agree to indemnify us and our representatives from any claims, demands, and liabilities arising from the use of customer reviews as described above.


9. Responsibility

9.1Any provision in these terms shall not exclude or limit any liability that we cannot exclude or limit by law.

9.2We do not exclude liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees and agents. If we breach these terms, we are only liable for the reasonably foreseeable losses caused by such breach.

9.3 We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of profits or opportunities. We will not be liable for any failure to open or perform other obligations under these terms due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil unrest, war, nuclear accident, or terrorist activity.

9.4 Our maximum liability for any loss or damage related to your obligations under this agreement will be limited to the total price of the orders you placed on the Coach online platform.


10.Warranty

10.1 The products/services sold on the Coach online platform are online membership services, and there is no warranty involved.

10.2 We do not accept returns or refunds due to warranty issues.


11.Transfer

We reserve the right to transfer or pledge the payment requests related to the provided goods to a third party.


12.Clause Independence

If any part of these terms is prohibited or deemed invalid by any court or regulatory authority, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.


12.All Rights Reserve

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to all trademarks and copyrights on the coach online platform, belong to us and our subsidiaries or licensors. Without our permission, the use of the coach online platform and its content, including but not limited to copying or storing all or part of the content on the coach online platform for purposes other than your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited.

The updated version of this 'User Service Agreement' will take effect from October 8, 2023.
