2. Help prospective coaches gain in-depth and comprehensive familiarity with the content, methods, and processes of the business.

3. Enable prospective coaches to understand how to communicate with parents and encourage them to choose to cultivate their children as global-oriented students or recitative students.

4. Inform prospective coaches on how to gain recognition from other parents, kindergartens, and institutions, expanding enrollment and expanding the business.

5. Enable prospective coaches to master scientifically proven methods for achieving optimal learning durations in children.

6. Help prospective coaches assess whether they are suitable to become genuine coaches.

1. For the Coach:

1) Familiarize themselves with the content, methods, and processes of business operations.

2) Develop the confidence to competently and successfully perform the job.

3) Achieve qualification recognition from the Dadi Center and feel competent in their role.

2. For the Coach with Regard to Parents:

1) Gain the trust of parents and make them aware of ABCmouse and endorse the APP+coach reading mode.

2) Communicate with parents, making them understand the three types of students and generating conversion intentions, so they are willing to cultivate their children as recitative students or global-oriented students.

3) Be willing to introduce more friends to join.

3. For the Coach with Regard to Young Students:

1) Make children enjoy the ABCmouse platform and have the interest to persistently use it.

2) Guide and encourage children in adopting the correct learning methods and mastering the proper operating procedures.

3) Maintain consistent usage of ABCmouse for English learning, with a weekly usage time exceeding 150 minutes.
