I.The individual  Coach is running the A+N model;

A refers to the coach themselves, and N refers to the assistant teacher/English teacher; A and N can be the same person.

II. The target for individual coaches includes:

1. Preschool teachers, whether currently employed or not, with good communication skills and an affinity for children.

2. Recent graduates, especially those preparing for postgraduate exams or civil service exams.

3. Individuals with strong initiative, who align with the Dadi Guided Learning concept, and parents with a strong entrepreneurial and money-making mindset, among others.

III.N, on the other hand, serves as an assistant or English teacher for A,

whether A is an institution-appointed teacher or operates a community store. N is responsible for assisting A in conducting classes or providing English guided reading services within the institution.
