More Coach training instructions

To facilitate the coach in executing their duties smoothly, the dadi-coach training system has been established.

I. Training Model: "1+3+N"

"1" refers to the first-month trial activities for prospective coaches, lasting one month.

"3" refers to the formal training after becoming a coach, lasting three months.

"N" refers to semi-annual communication meetings, experience sharing, and discussions on identified issues, held every semester.

II. Training Formats:

1. Self-study of website materials.

2. Independent learning through robot questioning (ChatGPT).

3. Online Q&A and discussion meetings.

4. Interactive experience-sharing meetings.

5. Group information exchange.

6. Learning by reviewing question lists.

7. Self-assessment forms.

8. Surveys.

9. Examinations.

III. Explanation of Training Objectives and Contents

1. First Month Trial Business Activity Training

1.1. Training Objectives:

Children under coaching should be able to use ABCmouse for at least 150 minutes per week, totaling over 600 minutes in a month.

Parents being coached should have the intention of having their children become recitation talents or international students.

Prospective coaches should determine whether they can become official coaches and be willing to send development letters to five nearby kindergartens.
