"Large Community Learning Center" refers to a parent-child growth activity center established by coaches or their partnering associates, targeting children aged 3-12. This center provides services such as ABCmouse online coaching, parent-child games and activities, picture book reading, and covers various services under five main themes: international curriculum, dear parents, VIP courses, member activities, and member benefits.




Specifications:

Area: Approximately 150 square meters, in an independent storefront.

Establishment Cost: 600,000 CNY.

Personnel: 5 individuals, including a store manager, academic manager, enrollment teacher, receptionist, and teaching assistant.

Classroom Student Capacity: Up to 80 young learners.

Hardware Equipment: Includes a 55-inch TV screen, 2 teaching pads, 5 computers, air conditioning, water dispenser, several cameras, several kindergarten round tables, several young learners' study chairs, a sofa set, front desk counter, picture books, and game teaching equipment display cabinets, with additional items as needed.

Location Requirements: Preferably near kindergartens, elementary schools, residential communities with over 3,000 households, and tutoring streets, in an independent storefront.

Business License: For an independent storefront, it is recommended to have a business license. The business scope includes educational consulting services, cultural supplies, book retail, and application software.

Operating Hours: The number of classes per week varies depending on the city environment, with schedules determined based on store operations (with one day off during the week).

Services: Member services and parent services.

Experience price: 49.9 CNY.

Account fee: 599 CNY.

Six-month membership: 3,980 CNY.

Account Sharing: Coaches need to purchase a minimum of 25 accounts at a base price of 1,580 CNY per account. Coaches will share profits with Dadi based on this arrangement.
