1.Have a clear determination to be a Dadi Coach, believe in Dadi, and cooperate with Dadi.

2.Find three children aged 3-8 years old from neighbors, relatives, friends, and colleagues who are willing to be your students and participate in a one-month internship for free.

3.Experience one month of Online coaching Program during the internship period, focusing on encouraging the three students to use ABCmouse for more than 150 minutes per week.

4.In the third week of the internship, communicate with parents to understand their child's educational goals, introduce Dadi's three types of student education (such as Global-oriented Students, Recitation students, and Rhythmic students.), and guide parents to choose the appropriate type of education for their child.

5.In the fourth week of the internship, ask parents to recommend their neighbors, relatives, friends, and colleagues' children to join, and also ask parents to introduce the principals of the kindergarten, school, or institution where their child attends.

6.Send development letters to the principals of kindergartens, schools, and institutions to promote and persuade them to participate in the Teacher Dispatching Program.

7.After one year, Dadi Coach will consider investing in Community learning center Program based on the source of students and the development of business.

The first step is to start promoting by working on Online coaching, starting with children of acquaintances and friends who are already known to you. It is easier to start with friends and acquaintances rather than starting with strangers. When doing Online coaching for acquaintances and friends' children, let them introduce their friends' children, and gradually, through these referrals, the number of Coach's students will increase. Of course, the prerequisite is that Coach's course services and guidance must be good enough to satisfy and gain the trust of students' parents.

In the second step, slowly expand the business to nearby kindergartens and training institutions, and cooperate with them to launch Teacher Dispatching Program.

In the third step, depending on the student source, business development, and capital situation, consider whether to open a Community learning center. Note that there is no requirement that Coach must do all three Program of Online coaching, Teacher Deployment and Community learning center. Coach can freely choose one, two, or all three projects.
