General Introduction

The cooperation model between Coach and dadi

I.About Coach:

Coach can be an individual, following the A+N model.

Coach can also be the head of an institution (including kindergartens, training institutions, infant and toddler centers, or parent-child course centers, etc.) , following the 1+A+N model.

Coach is a partner of dadi and share profit with Dadi.

PS:

(1) When coach is an individual, they sign a contract with dadi and share profit with Dadi.

(2) When coach is the leader of an institution, they sign a contract with dadi and share profit with Dadi..

(3) When coach themselves cannot handle English oral class, they need to find N (assistant) to assist in their work.

II.Prospective Coaches:

If you are interested in the coach model and have a list of three children from neighbors/friends/colleagues, you can apply online.

III.Prospective Coach Business Development:

1.Forward the one-month trial account to the corresponding children and attach the platform's download and operation instructions (including operation videos).

2While assisting three children in using ABCmouse, the coach uses various materials on the ABCmouse platform and earns more than 300 reward tickets.

IV.Prospective Coach's Guidance to Students:

1.Coach pays attention to and encourages each child to use ABCmouse for at least 150 minutes per week continuously for four weeks.

2.Coach communicates with students' parents through the survey forms provided by dadi and provides feedback to the corresponding recruitment personnel (sourcing officer).

3.In the third week of the student's experience, coach communicates with parents about their expectations for the child. Parents should choose whether the child is a "Rhythmic student," "Recitative  student," or "Global-Oriented Students" (the desired ratio is 20% Rhythmic student, 40% Recitative  student, and 40% Global-Oriented Students). For parents choosing Recitative  studentor Global-Oriented Students, it is recommended to provide the student with an exclusive PAD.

4.In the fourth week of the student's experience, parents are encouraged to recommend friends' and relatives' children to join.

5.At the same time, the coach visits the kindergarten where the student is located and asks the principal to encourage more students to join.

6.Because of the experience of assisting neighbors/friends/colleagues' children's learning and the coach's own use of the platform, they have more confidence in expanding the source. They can also conduct offline promotional activities near the community and kindergartens during holidays or after work hours (dadi can provide promotional materials).

V.Institutional Teacher Dispatching Business Development:

1.Coach recommends children's parents who have experienced ABCmouse to collaborate with dadi in institutions or schools.

2.Coach can distribute brochures to the principals of 3-5 nearby kindergartens.

3.Kindergartens (or training centers, infant and toddler centers) can collaborate with dadi to deploy teachers. ABCmouse can be used by all children during the day to expose more children to ABCmouse. Interested children can be placed in extended classes/special classes (Recitative Learner or Global-Oriented Student).

4.Coach (or their assistant) provides guided learning service to teachers in collaborating institutions and offers offline oral interaction practice services.

VI.Coach Collaboration Agreement Signing:

1.After coaching three children from friends and relatives, a formal order is generated, and a collaboration agreement is signed with dadi.

2.Coach visits schools to promote the institutional teacher deployment business.

3.Coach assists potential collaborating schools/institutions in conducting weekly parent information sessions to recruit students for extended classes/special classes (Recitative or Global-oriented Student).

VII.Community Learning Center Business Development:

1.After working as a coach for one year and accumulating more students, collaborate with nearby kindergartens to recruit students and open community learning center (depending on the number of students, learning center size can be between 20-200 square meters).

2.If the coach has resources and can find partners similar to parent-child course centers or infant and toddler centers, they can open offline coaching classes, community learning center, and promote institutional teacher dispatching business.
