The Dadi Coach Internship Month Training is a crucial part designed by Dadi to help prospective coaches gain a better understanding of Dadi Coach's business. During the Internship Month Training, coaches will have the opportunity to learn about the core principles and practices of Dadi's English education, understand the content and methods of coaching services, and also engage in student tutoring services while undergoing training. This will allow them to test their capabilities and confidence in handling this business and further determine if they are willing and suitable to become a genuine Dadi Coach.

Next, we will explain to you some of the arrangements and important points about the Coach Internship Month Training.

Approximately 1 month, the training will start from 7/28 and end on 8/31.

To ensure that the trainees achieve a minimum of 150 minutes of weekly usage of ABCmouse.

1.Activation of Trial Accounts

--The trial account is valid for 1 month, starting from the day of account creation.

--The redeem code for student accounts will be sent directly to parents' email by Dadi's Sourcing Officer, who will notify the coach immediately upon sending.

--Coach should confirm with parents if they have received the activation code and guide them to complete the activation within 2 days.

--Dadi will directly activate the coach's teacher account and provide the account and password to the coach.

2.ABCmouse Navigation

--Coaches refer to the ABCmouse Manual to navigate ABCmouse, understanding how to log in and use the platform.

--Coaches complete the ABCmouse Navigation Self-Assessment and submit it to Dadi.

--Coaches need guide parents on how to navigate ABCmouse and use the platform.

3.Watching and Learning from Training Videos

--Dadi provides 12 training videos for coaches to watch and learn from. The viewing links can be found in the table below.

--If coaches encounter any unclear points while watching the videos, they can make note of the questions and ask them in the FB group or during the online Q&A session.

--After watching each video, coaches should inform Dadi in the FB group.

4.ChatGPT Chatbot Questions and Learning

--Dadi provides a list of 12 questions for coaches to ask the ChatGPT chatbot, allowing them to learn more information about the business.

--The ChatGPT chatbot can be accessed on the Membership Center page of the www.dadicoach.com website, under the "Internship Month Training" section in the bottom right corner.

--Coaches should screenshot and share their daily completion of each question list in the FB group.

5.online Self-Assessment

--Dadi provides 12online self-assessment opportunities for coaches to truly understand and grasp the business information.

--Coaches only need to click on the online assessment link on the respective day and submit their answers.

6.Online Q&A Sessions

--During the Internship Month, Dadi will conduct 4 online Q&A sessions, each lasting approximately 40 minutes.

--The meetings will primarily use Google Meet to answer coaches' questions.

--All participating coaches must attend on time with their questions, as specified in the table below.

7.Interaction with Parents and Students

--Throughout the Internship Month, coaches need to maintain interaction with parents and students, guiding and supervising students to use ABCmouse for 150 minutes per week.

--There will be 12 interactions with parents and 8 interactions with students, each lasting about 10 minutes, and will be conducted on a one-on-one basis.

--Dadi provides detailed interaction content and dialogue, which coaches can refer to and implement.

--After Interaction with Parents and Students, coaches should inform Dadi in the FB group.

8.Monitor of ABCmouse Usage Duration

--Monitoring the usage duration of ABCmouse by students is the most crucial task for coaches during the Internship Month and an important factor in assessing their suitability.

--Coaches are required to ensure that 3 trial students log in and use ABCmouse daily.

--Each day, students can use ABCmouse for 30 minutes, with a weekly total of 150 minutes or more.

--Dadi will also monitor and track the usage duration data of each coach's students in real-time.

9.Interaction in the FB Group

--During the entire Internship Month, coaches can raise any questions and issues in the FB group chat, and Dadi will promptly provide answers.

--Additionally, Dadi's training specialists will regularly post announcements and share information in the group, so coaches should check and provide feedback in a timely manner.

--Maintain good communication and interaction with Dadi's training specialists and Sourcing Officers.

10.Use of the Membership Center

--All materials for the Internship Month Training will be placed in the "Internship Month Training" section of the www.dadicoach.com website's Membership Center.

Coaches should regularly log in to check for updates.

11 .Assessment and Evaluation

--Throughout the Internship Month Training, Dadi's training specialists and Sourcing Officers will closely monitor coaches' training task completion and maintain records and assessments.

--The assessment criteria are as follows:

--The full score is 100 points, and a coach who achieves a total score of 80 or above will be considered a qualified coach and will receive a graduation certificate.
