Internship Month Parent Communication









1. Guide parents to understand the value of learning English for their children:

Use the web materials provided by the center to show parents the importance of learning English for their children's future development. Inspire parents' aspirations for their children's bright future and provide corresponding solutions.




2. Foster parents' awareness of ABCmouse:

By encouraging parents to pay attention to their children's usage, introduce the features and principles of the ABCmouse platform and understand the correct operational methods.




3. Help parents understand the concept of co-reading:

Assist parents in understanding the changing ways of children's learning in the evolving era. Explain the APP + coach co-reading model and help parents grasp the key points of guided learning, actively cooperating with the coach's work.




4. Encourage parents to create a conducive learning environment for their children:

Analyze the importance of the environment and tools for children's learning. Advise parents to provide their children with a dedicated tablet, adjust alarm clocks, create a suitable learning environment, and help children develop good study habits.




5. Remind parents to pay attention to the duration of their children's usage:

Analyze the relationship between the time invested and the effectiveness of usage, making parents realize the significance of persistence. Based on the usage duration from the back end, timely remind parents to ensure their children use ABCmouse for more than 150 minutes per week to guarantee effective learning.




6. Remind parents of the importance of accompanying and encouraging their children:

Analyze the relationship between children and parents, making parents aware of the irreversibly of their children's growth process. Remind parents to cherish the time they spend with their children, promote a more harmonious parent-child relationship, and enhance their children's interest and effectiveness in learning. During communication, introduce specific methods for encouragement and companionship to parents.




7. Understand parents' orientation for their children's development:

Introduce three types of child development paths (Global-oriented, Recitative, and Rhythmic) and engage in deeper discussions to understand parents' expectations for their children. Guide them to choose the education type that suits their children.




8. Encourage parent referrals and recommendations:

Provide feedback on children's growth and progress, encouraging parents to choose Recitative and Global-oriented paths, eventually becoming paying customers. Also, encourage parents to recommend their neighbors, relatives, friends, or colleagues' children to participate in the first-month probationary activities and ask them to introduce the responsible persons at their children's kindergarten, school, or institution to you.
